Agere, Multiplex Sign Cross-License Agreement and Settle Claims

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., April 19 -- Agere Systems Inc. and Multiplex Inc. jointly announced that they have entered into a patent cross-license agreement and that they have reached a settlement of all pending litigation between the two companies. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
