Con Edison Communications Acquires Telergy NYC Metro Assets
NEW YORK, April 22 -- Con Edison Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Edison Inc., announced it has acquired Telergy Inc.'s network assets in the New York metropolitan area. Telergy, based in Syracuse, was a telecommunications company that began liquidating assets earlier this year.
