Dow Corning, NeoPhotonics To Develop Photonic Crystal Technology
MIDLAND, Mich., June 6 -- Dow Corning Corp. and NeoPhotonics Corp. have formed a strategic partnership to develop the next generation of photonic crystal technology.
"We believe that photonic crystal technology will be one of the key enablers of next-generation optical telecommunications," NeoPhotonics president and CEO Tim Jenks said. "This relationship between NeoPhotonics and Dow Corning is the right combination of capabilities to make this happen."
