Micronic Receives Order for Laser Pattern Generator

TABY, Sweden, July 2 -- Micronic Laser Systems, a manufacturer of laser-pattern generation equipment to semiconductor and display industries, announced it has received an order for a LRS11000-series thin-film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) laser pattern generator from a major merchant photomask manufacturer in Asia. Delivery is scheduled for fourth quarter 2002. The customer has the option to extend an existing system due in the fourth quarter.
