Creo Inc. has signed a multiyear contract with Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA) to be the exclusive supplier of thermal imaging heads for KBA's 74 Karat digital offset press. Cleo will also continue development of the thermal imaging system, develop software and hardware for future applications in the digital printing market and provide technical support. The agreement is effective through Dec. 31, 2004.
