n&k Receives $1 Million Thin-Film System Orders
SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 9 -- n&k Technology Inc. said it has received orders of more than $1 million for its 1512RT analyzers, thin-film characterization systems designed for films on transparent substrates. The customers were not disclosed. The analyzers will be used primarily for the characterization of flat-panel displays and photomasks, including conventional, phase shift and SCALPEL masks, supporting both traditional and next-generation lithography for semiconductor manufacturing.
n&k's analyzers are used in various markets, including semiconductor, data storage, flat-panel display, communications and optical and industrial coatings.
