Aquentium Acquires Fiber Application Systems Technology
LAKE ELSINORE, Calif., July 9 -- Aquentium Inc. has completed its acquisition of Fiber Application Systems Technology Inc. of Ontario, Canada.Under the agreement, Aquentium acquires all of the outstanding shares of Fiber Application Systems and its wholly owned subsidiary Fast-Fiber Inc. for five hundred thousand shares of restricted common stock.
Fiber Application Systems designs and develops fiber optic devices for sensor and communication systems applications.
