JMAR Technologies Inc. is collaborating with Henry I. Smith, Ph.D., director of the NanoStructures Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Smith will work with JMAR scientists and engineers on JMAR's new collimated plasma lithography system, which is scheduled to begin preliminary testing and demonstrations next month.
