Brijot Acquires Rights to Wave Sensor Technology

ORLANDO, Fla., August 21 -- Brijot Inc. announced it has secured the rights to use passive millimeter wave sensor technology developed by Lockheed Martin primarily for military-specification-designed products.

Using this technology, Brijot Inc. will design, develop and market the Brijot weapons detection system, a commercial-grade millimeter wave video camera that will detect a variety of concealed weapons at distances of up to 80 feet. Detectable weapons include guns, knives and bombs -- those made of metal and other such materials as composites, plastics and other substances . The device is passive and "always on," monitoring all persons in its viewing range and subsequently eliminating racial profiling, Brijot said.
