David M. Traversi has been named to the board of directors at Fiberstars Inc., a supplier of fiber optic lighting. Traversi, who replaces Jon Merriman on the board, was also appointed a member of the audit committee. . . . Super Vision International Inc., which develops LED and fiber optic lighting technology, announced that Link Marketing of Bahrain has been awarded exclusive distribution rights for Super Vision products in the country by Insight Communications, the Dubai-based international representative of Super Vision International in the Middle East.
