Micronic Laser Systems AB, a Stockholm-based manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the semiconductor and display industries, announced it has received an order for an Omega6000 series laser pattern generator from a Japanese customer. The system will be used to manufacture a wide variety of photomasks for semiconductor applications. Delivery will take place this year, the company said.
