Virtek Vision International Inc., an Ontario-based producer of precision laser-based solutions, announced it has completed the installation of contracts for more than $1.7 million (Canadian) awarded in 2002 by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. of Fort Worth, Texas. The company supplied Virtek LaserEdge laser projection systems for the manufacture of composite parts used in the construction of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program and F/A-22 Raptor fighter jets.
. . . Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. (IDSI) announced that the Ministry of Health in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has purchased its CT Laser Mammography (CTLM) breast imaging system. This transaction was initiated by the Company's Canadian-based distributor, Medical Imaging Systems Inc., which has an exclusive agreement with IDSI to sell the CTLM systems in Canada and selective territories in the Middle East.
