Colibrys said it will establish direct sales channels for its high-shock MEMS accelerometers in North America and that it has ended its agreement with Honeywell, who has distributed the product under the Honeywell brand name µFlex ASA7000 since July 2001.   . . .   Fusion UV Systems Inc., of Surrey, England, a supplier of ultraviolet (UV) curing systems and UV-based process solutions, has expanded the US territories of its manufacturers' representatives InPro Technologies and Pro-Tek Systems. InPro Technologies (Frederick, Md.) is now representing the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland; Pro-Tek Systems (Concord, N.C.) will now represent Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee, in addition to their existing territories.   . . .   Opto Speed, a developer of optoelectronic modules for the communication, test and measurement, medical and defense markets, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Mitsui & Co.
