ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 17 -- Choice One Communications announced it has substantially expanded its fiber optic facilities in New England with metro fiber rings in Hartford, Conn.; Springfield, Mass., and Providence, R.I.; and a fiber network connecting Hartford and New Haven, Conn. The fiber networks were acquired from Fibertech Networks.
