The MicroOptical Corp., a developer of eyewear viewers for the portable electronics industry, and Instrument Technology, which makes remote viewing instruments, are working together to provide heads-up displays (HUD) for covert surveillance and staging tactical assault in the law enforcement, SWAT and explosives ordinance and disposal industries. ITI's tactical HUD features MicroOptical's CV-1 Video Viewer, a lightweight monocular display that enables hands-free video viewing in all lighting conditions. . . . Fiber optic and LED lighting manufacturer Super Vision International Inc. announced it has begun restructuring efforts and has hired Dan Regalado as CFO and COO. He replaces Larry Calise as CFO. The company also said Roy Archer has replaced Bob Birchler as factory manager.
