Raytheon Acquires Solipsys
LEXINGTON, Mass., March 27 -- Raytheon Co. has completed the acquisition of Solipsys Corp., which it said strengthens its portfolio of integrated technologies used in its missile defense, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, precision engagement and homeland security strategic business areas.
Solipsys, which specialize in Department of Defense data integration and display software, will be integrated into Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems business.
Raytheon announced it would acquire Solipsys in December. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
