DALSA Corp.'s Origin digital cinematography camera received two awards at the National Association of Broadcasters show in Las Vegas this month: Digital Cinema Magazine’s Premiere Product Award and the 2003 Mario Award from TV Technology Magazine.   . . .   AIXTRON, a German supplier of semiconductor epitaxy equipment, announced it has installed an AIX P6 microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition reactor for deposition of diamond films at GYCOM Ltd., in Russia. The system will be operated at the Institute of Applied Physics Russian Academy of Science, in Nizhny Novgorod. GYCOM makes gyrotrons, high-power microwave sources typically used in industrial heat treatment and heating of fusion plasmas.
