Companies to Develop OLED Deposition Systems
Kurt J. Lesker Co. of Clairton, Pa., and Imperial College London will cooperate to develop organic LED deposition systems, combining the resources of the college's Centre for Electronic Materials and Devices and Lesker's US and UK R&D departments. The Spectros organic LED deposition system delivered to the college earier this year will be used for component research and development. The interests will work to characterize the latest design of plug-in low-temperature organic evaporation sources and to optimize the design of substrate holders and sample manipulation devices.
