Three Professors Win Laser Science Awards
For their contributions to the physics of fundamental and applied quantum electronics, Leon Cohen at City College of New York, Michael S. Feld at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge and Herschel A. Rabitz at Princeton University in New Jersey have been awarded the Willis E. Lamb Medal for laser science. The honor was bestowed at the 33rd Winter Conference on the Physics of Quantum Electronics in Snowbird, Utah.
