Savvas Chamberlain, CEO of DALSA Corp., received the Ernst & Young 2003 Ontario Entrepreneur Of The Year award in technology and communications at a ceremony last night in Toronto. Chamberlain was one of ten industry category winners and twelve winners overall. DALSA, based in Waterloo, Ontario, makes digital imaging products and provides wafer foundry services for use in microelectromechanical systems, high-voltage semiconductors, image sensors and mixed-signal CMOS chips.   . . .   CTI Molecular Imaging Inc., a provider of positron emission tomography equipment, molecular probes and services, announced that Terry D. Douglass, PhD, has stepped down as president and CEO effective Oct. 1. Douglass will continue as chairman of the board. Ronald Nutt, PhD, cofounder of CTI and president of CPS Innovations, has been named president and CEO.   . . .   Sheila Widnall, vice president of the National Academy of Engineering, will be among those inducted in The National Women's Hall of Fame at a ceremony Saturday in Seneca Falls, N.Y. Appointed Secretary of the Air Force in 1993, Widnall was the first woman to hold this position. A world-renowned engineer, she holds three patents and is widely known for her work on turbulence and vortex flows. A member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology faculty since 1964, she was influential in increasing the percentage of women undergraduate students from 2 percent to 45 percent.
