Infrared technology developer Indigo Systems announced today it has expanded its headquarters to a larger facility in the same complex in Goleta, Calif. The new corporate office combines with two other area facilities, Indigo's detector operations and manufacturing plants, to house 210 employees. The move coincides with Indigo's recent announcement of a merger agreement with FLIR Systems Inc., of Portland, Ore. The merger is expected to close in early 2004, after which Indigo said it will remain in the Santa Barbara area. Indigo Systems' address is now 70 Castilian Drive; Goleta CA, 93117-3027; phone: 805-964-9797; fax: 805-685-2711.   . . .   William J. Lloyd and Paul A. Walrath were elected vice presidents of Eastman Kodak Co. Lloyd is director of Kodak's inkjet systems program; Walrath is director, global paper and imaging chemicals flow, and divisional vice president, global manufacturing and logistics.
