Goodrich Corp. has appointed
David Olson vice president and general manager of its Danbury, Conn.-based electro-optical systems business, which manufactures optical and sensor systems for space, defense and scientific applications. Olson was previously vice president, business strategy, at the facility.
. . . DALSA Semiconductor announced it will license
Coventor Inc.'s CoventorWare software for use in providing microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) product design and development services that support its MEMS foundry service operations. The companies said they will also produce component libraries and MEMS building blocks that Coventor will offer as templates in the CoventorWare software suite.
. . . Spectro Irradiance Snd Bhd, a manufacturer's representative based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has joined the
Fusion UV Systems sales team in Asia, which now covers Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. Fusion UV Systems, based in Gaithersburg, Md., is a member company of Spectris plc, of Surrey, England, a supplier of ultraviolet (UV) curing systems and UV-based process solutions.
