Pro-Lite Technology, a Milton Keynes, England, specialist photonics distributor, announced it has reached an agreement with
Infrared Associates Inc. (IA), of Stuart, Fla., to distribute IA's mercury cadmium telluride infrared detectors in the UK and Ireland. The detectors are used in analytical instruments and for monitoring infrared radiation in the 1-25 microns wavelength range. Pro-Lite also announced it has teamed up with German opto-mechanics specialist
Owis GmbH to provide an expanded range of precision optical system building blocks, including fixed and adjustable optical mounts, holders and positioners, together with associated inserts, adapters, alignment stages and motion controllers.
