GSI Lumonics Gains Order for Laser Trim Systems

GSI Lumonics Inc. of Billerica, Mass., has received a multisystem laser trim order from Analog Devices Inc. of Norwood, Mass., and is expected to deliver its WaferTrim M310 systems by midyear. Laser trim technology is used in the production of precision linear and mixed signal devices with increased functionality on smaller die. It assists in producing multiple device types from the same die.
