Clive Mayne was appointed COO of ZBD Displays, a Malvern, England-based developer of low-power graphical display solutions for portable electronic devices.   . . .   Lexar Media Inc. will sell memory cards, the digital equivalent of film, under the Eastman Kodak Co. brand name under an exclusive, long-term deal, the companies said Monday. The companies said they joined forces to "gain a larger share of the market for removable digital memory products" and noted surging demand for digital cameras, camera phones, music players and other consumer electronics that use removable memory cards to store data. Terms of the deal call for both companies to market the Kodak-branded products worldwide using Kodak's distribution networks. Lexar will both supply Kodak directly and sell the Kodak-branded products separately.
