Itasca, Ill.-based NEC-Mitsubishi Electronics Display of America Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Richardson Electronics, a LaFox, Ill., provider of medical display systems, to integrate NEC MultiSync MD displays in a new line of monitors for the diagnostic imaging market. NEC-Mitsubishi Electronics Display of America is a subsidiary of Tokyo-based NEC-Mitsubishi Electric Visual Systems Corp., a joint venture of NEC Corp. and Mitsubishi Electric Corp. . . . OSRAM Opto Semiconductors will be the exclusive worldwide supplier of organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) for Cyclotec AMT Inc., of Lauderhill, Fla. Cyclotec will use OSRAM's Pictiva OLED display technology in its miniature, wireless and remote-controlled transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation-based devices, developed for pain treatment.
