A seminar targeting human resource problems that confront the photonics industry is being offered by the Laser and Electro-Optics Manufacturers' Association (LEOMA) and the Optical Society of America (OSA) at the Stanford Park Hotel in Menlo Park, Calif., Feb. 5-6, 1997.
