Phasebridge Announces 2nd Round

PASADENA, Calif., March 2 -- Phasebridge Inc., a developer of photonic integration technology, has announced its second funding round, by a consortium led by Clearstone Venture Partners, which specializes in venture capital for technology innovators in California.

Phasebridge supplies hybrid integrated optical devices and radio frequency optical technology and systems for the aerospace, defense, automotive, biomedical, industrial and telecommunications markets. The company will be an exhibitor at OFC/NFOEC 2005 (booth 2624).
