Averna Technologies Buys Vision & Robotics Group

Averna Technologies of Montreal has purchased the Vision & Robotics group of London-based Invensys plc. With the acquisition, Averna fortifies its position in robotics and vision-based inspection, bringing more than 20 engineers to its staff and gaining access to more than 100 clients in North America. The company provides system integration for the aerospace, pharmaceutical, electronics, aluminum and manufacturing industries.
