The technical program shedule for IMAPS 2005 -- the 38th International Symposium on Microelectronics -- is now available, at www.imaps2005.org. The program includes 16 professional development courses and sessions on topics such as wirebonding, advanced thermal management, advanced packaging, business and technical issues in lead-free conversion, plating for electronics, optoelectronic packaging for telecommunications and biomedicine, and adhesion fundamentals.
