SIMULATION TOOL

The MathWorks offers a CD demonstrating its Simulink 6 program for signal processing and communications system design. The disc includes reference examples, Web seminars, data sheets and user stories on the software, which offers advanced simulation, analysis and code-generation functions. Simulink extends the algorithm development capabilities of MatLab, enabling engineers to model and simulate complex systems. Using a hierarchical block diagram environment, the program provides signal processing and communications libraries, frame-based and multirate simulation and bit-true floating- and fixed-point modeling.
