Wilmington, Del.-based Psi-Tec Corp., which engineers next-generation electro-optic plastics for applications in commerce, homeland security and medical technology, announced today that Ron Genova has joined the company as its interim CEO. Genova, previously vice president and general manager of JDS Uniphase's telecom optical modules business unit, will manage Psi-Tec's electro-optical molecule development activities through the final design and testing phase and will help select an executive team to guide the company.    . . .    Intematix Corp. of Fremont, Calif., a maker of next-generation nano, bulk and thin film materials, announced that it will provide its White Lightning Y450/Y460 brand of phosphor to Taiwan's ProLight Opto Technology Corp., a power LED packaged product manufacturer, for use in a variety of applications in the white LED market.    . . .    Kieran F. Drain was named president and CEO of NanoGram Corp., a San Jose, Calif., devloper of technology for the manufacture of nanostructured materials for optical, electronic and energy product applications. Drain was formerly vice president and general manager of Avery Dennison Corp.'s performance polymers division.    . . .    Zygo Corp., a Middlefield, Conn.-based supplier of optical metrology instruments, precision optics and electro-optical design and manufacturing services, has opened a facility in Beaverton, Ore., for its new semiconductor process metrology group, headed by Michael J. Darwin. Zygo said the expansion is part of a recent initiative to apply its optical metrology and detection technology to the semiconductor process control industry. Darwin was formerly head of the process metrology group at Intel's Portland Technology Development center in Hillsboro, Ore., and was previously director of technology development at Rudolph Technologies in Flanders, N.J.
