Accent Optical Technologies of Bend, Ore., a supplier of lattice engineering and photolithography process control tools, announced that its Web site, www.accentopto.com, is now available in Korean, Japanese and Chinese. . . . Ultratech Inc. of San Jose, Calif., , a supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used to manufacture semiconductors and nanotechnology devices, has named Motohiko "Mike" Tahara as president and general manager of its Japan subsidiary, Ultratech KK. Prior to joining Ultratech, Tahara was president and later chairman of KLA-Tencor Japan.
