Feinfocus and Innov-X Systems Collaborate

Feinfocus GmbH, a business unit of Comet North America Inc. based in Garbsen, Germany, and Innov-X Systems of Woburn, Mass., have formed an alliance to offer advanced technology for analysis of the chemical composition of solder to the electronics assembly and semiconductor packaging industries. Feinfocus manufactures high-resolution microfocus x-ray inspection systems, while Innov-X supplies portable x-ray fluorescence analyzers.
