Mouser and Taos Sign Distribution Agreement

Texas Advanced Optoelectronic Solutions (Taos) Inc., a manufacturer of integrated optoelectronic products in Plano, Texas, has entered into a distribution contract with Mouser Electronics, a privately held company and subsidiary of TTI Inc. of Mansfield, Texas. According to the agreement, Mouser will include Taos’ Intelligent Opto Sensor family of products in its print and online catalogs. The line includes light-to-voltage, light-to-frequency and light-to-digital converters as well as linear sensor arrays and color sensors. The technology combines precision mixed-signal functionality with photodetectors on the same integrated circuit.
