Henkel Acquires Sharesin Huawei Electronics

The Henkel Group, a worldwide provider of material sets for semiconductor packaging, board level assembly and advanced soldering systems, has acquired a majority of shares in Huawei Electronics Co. Ltd. of Lianyungang, China. The Chinese company manufactures epoxy molding compounds for semiconductors.
