Instrument Systems, Suss Join Forces

Suss MicroTec Inc. of Waterbury Center, Vt., and Instrument Systems GmbH of Munich, Germany, will jointly develop a high-throughput test system for LED devices at the wafer level, enabling manufacturers to test up to 70,000 LED dies per hour. The BlueRay probe system from Suss will be integrated with Instrument Systems’ optical measurement equipment.
