Auxora Acquires Confluent Photonics
Auxora Inc., a developer of optical communications technologies, has acquired Confluent Photonics Corp. of Salem, N.H., a provider of optical bandwidth expansion products for hybrid fiber coaxial networks. With the acquisition, the Baldwin Park, Calif., company will be able to address the market’s need for bandwidth expansion by combining Confluent Photonics’ technologies and products. Auxora plans to consolidate Confluent Photonics’ operation with its existing operation in Shenzhen, China. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
