JMar, Portaqua Offer Water Monitoring System

JMar Technologies Inc. of San Diego has signed an OEM agreement with Portaqua, a Blacksburg, Va.-based company introducing a portable water system to the bottling market. The device works with JMar’s BioSentry water quality monitoring system, which detects contamination by waterborne microorganisms. The system’s laser-based technology provides online real-time monitoring for municipal utilities and for the beverage industry.
