VACUUM TECHNOLOGY
Kurt J. Lesker Co. has published its 2006 “Vacuum Technology Products” catalog, which features 900 full-color pages of photos, drawings and technical specifications for more than 14,000 items. The eighth edition includes standard and custom components; chambers and subsystems; thin-film deposition systems; motion and manipulation products; sputter sources, thermal sources for high-temperature and organic films, and for pure deposition materials; and pumps, oils, traps, filters and feedthroughs. Technical notes and tables have been included for those who develop, design or use vacuum equipment.
