Gary Post Named President, CEO at VoIP Inc.

Gary Post has been appointed president and CEO of VoIP Inc., a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based provider of voice-over-Internet-protocol (VoIP) communications products and services. VoIP also announced that David Ahn was appointed vice president, corporate planning and that CEO Michael Adler, President Hal Bibee and Chief Financial Officer David Sasnett have resigned. Post was formerly a managing director and an investment principal with venture company Ambient Advisors LLC. Ahn has held positions at OccMeds Billing Services and several investment banking and venture investment firms. VoIP also said it has made an agreement with some of its current investors to receive an additional $2.8 million in financing.
