OPTICAL FILTERS
The updated Web site of Omega Optical features new graphics, including images of its filters and galleries of images provided by life sciences collaborators. Among the improvements, customers can search for products by either application or filter type, and they can purchase standard items through the e-Filter store. A section on the company’s “green” manufacturing facility has been added, along with technical content related to thin-film theory, filter types and instrumentation design. Application-specific items for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Raman spectroscopy, color imaging, and the astronomy and aerospace fields are included.
