NIR Analyzer Predicts Cornstarch Moisture
Labsphere Inc. said its QualitySpec Pro near-infrared analyzer has been proven, in a study, to make accurate predictions of the moisture content in cornstarch. The spectrophotometer, which scans the spectral region 350-2500 nm, was coupled to a bifurcated reflectance probe via a fiber optic cable and industry-standard SMA (subminiature version A) 905 connectors.
