8x8 CFO Resigns

8x8 Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., provider of Packet8 broadband VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) and videophone communications services, announced today that its chief financial officer (CFO), James Sullivan, has submitted his resignation, effective June 30, to pursue another career opportunity. "There are no disagreements between the company and Mr. Sullivan," 8X8 said in a press release. The company said it has initiated a search for a new CFO and is working with Sullivan on the transition process.
