BFi Optilas Completes Management Buyout

BFi Optilas International SAS of Evry, France, has acquired a majority stake in its company from Avnet Corp.’s European electronics marketing group. For the past 10 years, the French company has operated as an autonomous subsidiary. It will continue to distribute products for the electronic and photonic markets in Europe.
