Nextrom to Supply Equipment for IRCICA

Nextrom of Vantaa, Finland, a member of the Austria-based Knill Group, has been chosen to supply sintering equipment for outside vapor deposition preforms to complete the optical fiber platform developed by the Institut de Recherche sur les Composants logiciels et matériels pour l’Information et les Communications Avancées. The institute, a joint effort of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and the University of Lille, France, produces photonic crystal fibers.
