The second annual CSIA DEMOGala, a highlight of Colorado Tech Week, will unveil advancements in technologies from industries including radio frequency identification, information technology, software, aviation technology, photonics, nanotechnology, robotics, energy, global positioning systems, storage, animation, medical, bioscience. Colorado Tech Week, a weeklong series of conferences, programs and events, will take place Sept. 18-22, 2006. The venue brings together business, academic and government communities in demonstrating and celebrating Colorado’s technology economy over five days at a variety of sites around the state.

Bob Ogdon, CEO of SwiftPage Email, said CSIA DEMOGala seeks Colorado companies "that are world-class innovators, and truly are at the top of technology companies in our state. This is an opportunity for the most remarkable companies to be seen before a national audience that includes investors, CEOs, potential customers and leaders throughout the region."

DEMOGala is expected to draw more than 800 attendees to the entire second floor and ballrooms of the Grand Hyatt in Downtown Denver.

To qualify for CSIA's DEMOGala Technology Showcase, a company must be Colorado based, or if it is a regional operation, the innovation must have been created or developed in Colorado. Companies are not required to be members of CSIA. Selected innovators will receive an exclusive invitation from CSIA to demonstrate during the showcase, attend the DEMOGala dinner and attend a VIP reception (for a minor administrative fee). CSIA member companies will receive a discount on the administrative fee.

2006 DEMOGala registration early-bird discount pricing is available until Sept. 7.

The DEMO showcase, reception, dinner and keynote presentation will be held Sept. 21 from 4:30-9 p.m.
