Cree Names Robert Pollock as Senior VP of Worldwide Sales

Cree Inc. of Durham, N.C. , a maker of LED solid-state lighting components, announced that 30-year industry veteran Robert Pollock has joined the company as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Pollock began his sales career at Hewlett Packard with its LED and radio frequency/microwave product groups and served most recently as a vice president of sales at Philips Lumileds. He has held similar positions with Qusion Technologies and Anadigics, both fiber optics components providers.
