Rudolph Appoints Alex Oscilowski as COO

Rudolph Technologies Inc., a Flanders, N.J., provider of process control equipment for thin-film measurements and macro-defect inspection during integrated circuit manufacturing, announced today that Alex Oscilowski has been appointed COO, effective immediately. Oscilowski was formerly a vice president at Sematech, a semiconductor R&D consortium. Earlier, he held engineering and management positions at Texas Instruments and Digital Equipment Corp. and was previously president of Kulicke & Soffa Industries semiconductor assembly equipment company.
