Rochester Precision Acquires Tricon

Rochester Precision Optics of West Henrietta, N.Y., has purchased Tricon Machine LLC of Rochester, N.Y. The machining company, whose employees and equipment now will occupy the larger facility, provides close-tolerance metal parts to optics-related and other industries. The move will increase the optics manufacturer’s work force to about 60.
